    Soften your gaze. Expand peripheral awareness. Tunnel vision equals threat response.
  3. Replace the Label
    “I’m anxious” becomes “This is activation.”

Simple. Repeatable. Trainable.

Performance Is Directional Energy

Anxiety is energy without direction. Activation is energy with direction.

The moment you give your body a task — focus on the next rep, the next breath, the next play — the energy organizes.
